Order cut-off time

Orders placed before 5:00 PM (GMT, Irish time) on a business day are processed the same day. Orders placed after the cut-off time, or during weekends and public holidays, are processed the next business day.

Processing time

Your order is accepted, quality-checked and packed. All orders are shipped within 1-3 business days after the order is placed.

Delivery time

Delivery takes 5-12 business days after your order has been shipped.

Shipping costs

Any shipping costs are calculated and shown during checkout, before you pay.

Cancelling an order
